Round The Corner studio was situated in the heart of the North laines in Brighton. It was set up to record some albums of talented local artists with the intent to set up a record label to get these artists out and heard.

It is no longer available for commercial recording.

The Round The Corner label was set up to support some of the great music coming out of Brighton, that's a little more underground than it should be.

The label works with a number of projects, in a varied number of roles, from financing, recording and releasing whole albums to just giving studio support to others.

Some of Brighton and London's finest musicians have played on this album, augmenting the core band of drums, upright bass, piano, vocals and guitar.

To promote the new album we played some songs on the radiogram courtesy of JUICE 107.2 FM on Thurs 11th Jan at 10pm.

This an exceedingly fine compilation of many of the artists who are part of The Sound Tank Collective.

Partially funded by the Grass Roots Arts Comission, this captures some really very special music from the following artists: The Hat, The Big Hairy Band, mab, Shona Foster, Cate Ferris, Andy Walker, Martin Harley, The Rue Horne Band and Cathryn Stone.

The album launch was at The Hope on Thursday15th Feb. It was a great success, and lots of people went home with a CD of beautiful songs.
